Products purchased from a PENN-HVAC can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of electrical devices. Credit will not be allowed on electrical devices. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit account, credit card, etc.). We will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, according to the terms and conditions above, and the item(s) should be in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.
